If you have not signed up to receive the CSBG newsletter, you should.  There is always good info and you can read what other Community Action agencies are doing. Page one discusses a Community Appreciation Block Party, that is a really cool idea!  Our agency is on page two and page five has info re: the CSBG Poverty Guidelines.
