HEAP is a federally funded program intended to assist low-income households in meeting their energy expenses.

Community Action is an alternate site with evening hours designated for non-public assistance applicants that (because of employment) cannot go to D.S.S. during hours of operation.

The Energy Packaging Program is available for HEAP recipients only.
