Substitute Bus Driver

$12.00/hr.Variable work schedule/hours. Estimated between 10-40 hours/week. Respond to: Heidi Wyant, Transportation Mgr. at 589-7700

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:
Drive agency vehicles to transport customers as needed. Schedule may include anytime Monday through Saturday (including Holidays). Duties include transportation of wheelchair clients. Fill in where needed in agency, including Head Start or Early Head Start runs. Keep vehicle clean. Pre/post vehicle inspections, report any potential maintenance needs.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED
A clean CDL license with passenger endorsement
Position subject to pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing
Minimum of 5 years of driving experience, preference given to candidates with 2 or more years of BUS driving experience

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
A clean CDL class A, B or C license with passenger endorsement, must be qualified to drive school bus, and minimum of 2 years of bus driving experience.

Substitute Head Start Classroom Staff

(on call basis). $10.40/hr. Variable work schedule/hours to Fill in, as needed, on site at Batavia, Kendall,  Albion or Medina sites and/or as Bus Monitor. Respond to: hr@caoginc.org or call 589-5605.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 18 years of age, HS diploma or GED and reliable transportation; experience working with young children. Successful candidates must be cleared through NYS Federal background checks and NYS physical for day care licensing.

Higher education and child care/classroom experience
